  There was a problem with delivery due to USPS holding this package at a location for 5 days. I messsaged the seller and they sent me a replacement after I notified them of this problem. Funny thing both the original package and the replacement package arrived on the same day. I notified the seller and per their instructions I refused on package and brought it to the USPS to be returned. I really appreciated doing business with the seller due to their honesty & will buy from them again.

  Good communication with the seller, fast delivery, perfectly packaged. A somewhat expensive purchase, but mostly due to intl shipping and EU - VAT fees. But the most important thing is that it's exactly the type of glass (pictured in the offer description, hardly available) that I was looking for. So, I am satisfied, I recommend this supplier and his goods.

  This is an excellent ebay seller. Truly concerned about their customer, A+ five star. They shipped the item fast and sent a tracking number. When the item didn't arrive by the "expected" date, I looked up the tracking. It appeared to me that the USPS had lost the package. Contacted seller and got a response right away. They wanted to make it right, but I said I would give it a couple more days. After a couple of days the seller contacted me and saying they wanted to make it right. They did. AA++

  Item as expected. I have bought from this seller before and am very happy with the product and seller shipped fast. That said, I am not happy with the shipping method. Package was three days late. The U.S. Mail as we all know is getting very undependable these days. As a respectful suggestion maybe ship some other way? Other than that like I said, I am very happy with the product and will buy again! Thank You Seller for having a great product! I highly recommend this seller!
