  The packaging was the best I have seen. It was wrapped with three levels of protection for each mug and then excellent insulation in the shipping box. The shipment was initiated as advertised and was received in four calendar days. Great service thank you. The mugs are great and like new. The cherry on top or value was the fair price. Everything for this purchase was exactly as described.

  As advertised, slightly damaged in shipping (flattened corners, hangers bent to 90-degree angles) but this is expected with a package of awkward proportions without extra pricey packing methods, still an excellent value and a nice piece.
