  It was not well packaged, and broke in shipment (the head was broken clean off); the seller refunded the entire amount, and I got to keep the (broken) statue. I've ordered similar statues from Ebay before and they've arrived intact. Seller was excellent in response, though, and in refund.

  The order was wrapped in bubble wrap and packed very well. The box was well marked as fragile. The buyer contacted me to say it was received broken. The buyer was refunded without question.

  They used FEDUP FEDEX smartpost , for shipping , they are the worst. Fedex driver tore up our driveway and had to get pulled out by a Wrecker , and still did not leave package. The next day I sat at the road for 6 hours and waited , so I could talk to the driver , He drove by and did not stop. the third day a different driver cam by in a small van and walked up to the house and left the package where it was supposed to be. Everything else was fantastic.

  Once upon a time there was a FedEx driver...... different driver came by in a small van and walked up to the house and left the package where it was supposed to be. THE END! You had a choice to pic 3-different shipping services. FedEx, UPS, USPS. This is not our fault. We ship according to the service you picked. I do not work for the shipping services. You need to contact the shipping service about your shipping experience not eBay feedback!
