    I received the vacuum faster than any item I’ve ever purchased and it was packed very well and it was listed as used but was more like new! I will be saving this seller and look forward to purchasing another item again.

    The seller did not indicate in the listing that an essential item was missing and was rude and defensive when contacted. When contacted after reciept, the seller claimed the item, which is essential for operation, is not necessary and accused me of knowing it as well. He then stated that if returned, there would be a 25% restocking fee, which was not stated anywhere in the listing. He aslo advertised that the item would ship Priority Mail but instead shipped it Ground Advantage which is cheaper.

    I have purchased alot of stuff online, I have never seen someone put so much time and care into packing an item. It takes alot to impress me. I am really impressed with the care given to my package so it arrived safely. Everything wrapped tight in plastic, fragile labels on the box, freaking awesome!! Thank you so much!!
