  Versand war schnell, Laptop war gut verpackt. Das Gerät war in einem besseren als mit "gut" vermut (ohne nennenswerte Kratzer usw.). Leider entsprach die Bildschirmauflösung nicht der Artikelbeschreibung. Ich gehe von einem Versehen aus. Die Rücknahme via DHL erfolgte professionell: schnell, kostenfrei, unkompliziert! Geld kam natürlich auch schnell zurück. Danke!
