  Remote came broken package was beat up the remote does not work I contacted the seller and didn't get much help they told me to reach out to the company of the remote who also is not being very helpful because I did not purchase it from them

  This company did everything correctly but the USPS messed up the delivery. BUT THEY STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE and did what a responsible company would do and refunded my AND SENT ME A NEW ONE FREE OF CHARGE!!! Thanks so much for going above and beyond!!!
