      Item never received. Not the sellers fault but Evri apparently leaving it in a random bush with no note through the door to say where it was. No help from Evri. Eventually the seller refunded my money so I can’t fault them at all, hence the positive feedback.

      I bought one packet to begin with in case my dog did not like them, or there was any hidden additives in them. My dog does like them and she is fussy with what she will eat. I ordered the five packs this time as they were better value, but was not totally happy as there were no sell by dates or best before dates on the packs. They had not been stamped. I am a bit reluctant to buy any more due to this fact. They came quite quickly and were well wrapped. No complaints about the seller.

      I was nervous to deal with an international seller, especially after realizing the cost differential when I did the GBR currency exchange to USD. I was unable to find the specific item color (which was very important) anywhere online with a U.S. vendor. Seller very timely with email correspondence. I was unable to cancel order as seller very quick in fulfilling orders. Returning didn't make sense due to cost, so seller responsive with a solution that was quite fair.
