The tight timeline I was under was a concern but, these houses shipped out quickly and arrived in record time. Nicely packaged, no shipping damage, there is a slight split on the rim of the piece that acts as the roof flap on one but, I suspect that it is factory damage from screwing in too deep during manufacture. No big problem, the same can happen during home assembly so buyer keep that in mind. Thx!

I have not assembled it yet but i have removed it from the box and checked out all pieces.There is no damage to any of the pieces and the hardware package and instruction book are all there.
