    Excellent condition, boxes looked great and arrived much earlier than expected, the seller also was very good answering all my questions, the price was much better than buying it locally (Puerto rico), would definitely buy again from them, I'm having trouble updating the unit, but it has nothing to with the seller and I'm contacting ecoflow to push an update.

    I want to stand out Pets and you Healthy Store customer service. They were always answering and addressing our concerns. Their comunication were fluently and reliable. Product was received in their original box, seems to be good quality and at the right price. I do recomend this vendor and their valuable team. Thanks Samantha and Jacob.

    This review will dwell on 2 distinct sections. 1-the seller and 2-the product. 1- Seller was awesome. Very responsive to questions and quick with the packing and shipping. 2- The product leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not a case like I initially thought it was. It’s more like a cover (actually it’s exactly a cover) which is put on over the top of the unit. In and of itself that’s not an issue. What is an issue however, is the heat it generates without air circulation. That is all

    High quality product for lymphatic suystem support, item was exactly as seller described as brand new condition, good value for the product, and the seller to extra care to package my items very carefully so the appearance of the item itself was as advertised, but it also showed the seller was careful. Quick shipment, quick delivery, A+!

    Even though there were a few issues getting the shipping sorted the seller was very professional and responsible about trying to make sire that I got the item I needed and even sooner than I expected since im in PR. The item came as described, new and in perfect condition, great quality and appearance. Definitely recommend them to others.

    Unfortunately we were not able to complete the transaction do to shipping to my location is way too much, However the seller had excellent communications and issued a prompt refund. Verry honest seller. I would totally do business with those folks again if I could. ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ
