  Don't know what this seller is doing. I ordered two clocks 1 1/2 months ago and seller sends me only one. Left him first e-mail and seller said he needs to check on transaction. This should have taken him mere minutes. Sent him second e-mail, weeks later and get an automated response back. Have not heard from him since and he still owes me the second clock!

  EXCELLENT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and item was BETTER then Described! Seller was on vacation, but reached out and explained that there was going to be a delay in shipping and communicated with me several times to assure me that the item was going top be shipped ASAP. (I was also on vacation). Recieved the trophy topped and it was better than described and I am super happy! Trust what this seller says - THANK YOU for everything!

  Seller had great communication! Description spot on. It arrived packed perfectly. I was absolutely fine with waiting- seller stated in auction when it would be shipped. Love this lamp- would definitely buy from them again!!
