  I sent pictures back-and-forth about the product I received. This is the second one I have ordered the first one looked decent and acceptable. The second one the pendant did not have the same shine, and it did not look like it was made to the same quality of the first one. I kindly sent every picture asked for went back-and-forth now I’m being told to send it back out of country and probably spend double the amount of money to send it back then it actually cost to make one and send one again!!!!

  The buyer received the Name Necklace in perfect condition but he started comparing it with his previous purchase of the same item and complaint that it is not exactly same as before. Our all items are handmade and any two items cannot be exactly same as the other one. Though, we offered to replace it free of cost if he returns the item but the buyer refused to send it back. In retaliation he left a Negative feedback, is this fair?
