    Be aware when making a purchase ESPECIALLY if you're buying the GREY BUNNY: Seller got in touch a few days after purchase and said that their shipment was running late for that particular item, so would I like a (cheaper looking) alternative? I said I was happy to wait until their shipment arrived, and the Seller came back to say that the producer was no longer making the GREY BUNNY, so it was either the cheaper alternative or a refund. They are STILL offering the item, in spite of not having it

    Having ordered the doll i received an email shortly after, stating the design was unavailable as stock had not come in. I was offered other designs but none were suitable. However the design that i ordered was still being offered for sale - how can this be if its not in stock ? I cancelled my order. On the plus side the refund i requested was promptly processed.
