    Arrived in good time. Quality good. Condition good except the packaging had took a beating in the post and a ball from the end was missing. The seller have good communication and offered a replacement or refund. I chose replacement which they are sending with another order I placed with them. Very good value. They look great too. Polite seller

    The transfomer laptop lead that i order was as described it was well packed. The courier deliver was ok the only thing he did not wait to see if the package was take in i saw him disappear around the corner the reason i mentioned this episode is that it could have been taken by anyone passing Taking a photo is not good enough.

    This eBay seller was outstanding. His courier (Yodel) was dreadful. The courier mis-delivered 2 items, & had a hopeless customer support system. The seller remained supportive, & got a replacement to me via Royal Mail (whose tracking system was a model of ease of use & speedy response). eBay will suffer badly if they do not pressure Yodel into a more reliable performer. I do appreciate the selller's efforts at providing good customer support in spite of adversity.

    Great seller, item as described. Arrived with all the speed of a glacier, but that was carrier's fault, out of seller's control. Would be happy to buy from this seller again.
