    I was sent the wrong item but seller was quick to respond and sent me a new one out straightaway. Arrived within 2 days of me requesting this so very impressed. Nicely presented and packed well.

    The banner and the pictures are really nice the only issue I had is I’ve ordered similar banners every year for the past 10 years and they have always been sent in a tube as this prevents the 2 crease marks on the banner. Unfortunately these was sent in an envelope folded so the crease marks will be visable when they are hung up it’s not a big deal I just expected it to arrive in a tube as I had always previously.

    I have purchased from this seller, excellent material and high quality stuff. Excellent communication. I received a wrong item but seller sent me again and didn't charge extra. Excellent communication, really happy with customer service . Highly recommended.

    As described and arrived quickly. Shame the postman bent the envelope forcing it through the letter box. Would have preferred it to have come rolled but have time to get the creases out before birthday
