  This seller is awesome! The USPS lost the first package. The LOSERS delivered it to the wrong address and couldn't be bother to retrieve it. This seller replaced the washers at no charge. That is impressive because they could have said no because the package was delivered. I will use these guys again and so should anybody looking for a great seller to supply their needs. A++++++

  Poorest packaging ever!! 20lbs of screws in a usps envelope . Package open on arrival Screws from the west coast to the east coast . Lip service from seller. (Screws that arrived are as listed ).

  Shipping box was not taped very good and box broke open . Its doubtful I got what I payed for ( ordered 1000pc ) . I did not lose all . I would think twice before ordering a lot of heavy fasteners in a usps box . Seller should be sure fasteners are sealed up in the box with packing also to keep them from moving around when usps slings the box around . A recommendation would be to use fiber packing tape . Much stronger . More than likely will blame usps .
