  Item arrived as described, really well packaged. Seller communication 10/10 - I hadn’t realised the delivery date was 4+ weeks, offered me a refund there and then or I could wait ( I chose to wait as it was the brand I wanted ) - and kept me informed during. 10/10 seller, keep up the good work.

  The kit arrived very well packaged & arrived earlier than day given great price & exactly as described. There was a mix up with the link that came with the kit but after speaking to Adam who went above & beyond to help get things sorted. Would highly recommend buying from performance parts excellent customer service. Thank you for everything😁

  Spoke to two guys on the phone at performance parts before buying who were both really helpful! The item was delivered the very next day even though it was scheduled for after the bank holiday. Great customer service and knowledge. I’m talking to a guy in the US who is having to wait a month for this same part and PP had both versions of it in stock here in the UK! Great value too compared to anywhere else I’d seen, quality service. Would definitely buy from again.

  The first lever sent was a standard one. I telephoned the company who were very helpful. Adam checked and agreed that there had been a mistake their end. I returned the original and the correct one turned up a few days later. Excellent customer service. No complaints from me. I would definitely recommend.

  Brilliant seller and a great price! Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock so I was offered a full refund or I could wait for the next delivery in around two weeks. I wasn’t in a rush and they were £60 cheaper here so I said I would wait, but they arrived two days later. I was very surprised, but fitted them and I love them. Changes the bike.
