  Seller was understanding even though we had to return the item. We did have to work together on getting her a specific number of the product in question but with a couple of pictures of the original packaging, we were able to get this resolved. While we could not keep the product due to fitment issues, the seller did refund us the item as requested and honored their policy,

  Product arrived quickly, but had trouble in shipping and a part was lost. NOT the fault of the seller and they quickly worked to fix the issue. The replacement part has arrived and the item is perfectly fuctional now. Thank you for the help in resolving the problem!
