  I would put negative for customer service I would put double negative for shipping speed I will give positive for product itself  Product was shipped in one around Florida for a week or so no explanation eventually back at the warehouse where it came from I sent multiple messages. No response no explanation. Postoffice can’t help -frustrating Postoffice won’t do anything until it’s three weeks into the world without arriving just order them if you’re in a rush

  They didn’t end up working with my application. (Steel aero wheels) they got extremely tore up from one time being torqued to spec. Contacted them through eBay about the issue and within 20 minutes they gave me a call and we had a decent chat about the issues I was having. They were super understanding and gave me the option to either have another set shipped out. Or just a full refund. If you have any issues at all Jessie is the man! Absolutely amazing customer service!
