  Chain saw was in great new condition but would not run. I tried 3 batteries. Seller was very understanding and cooperative. The box looks new in the picture but was very beat up when delivered. I am not sure what happened during shipping but box was torn, dented and stained. I will definitely keep this seller in mind for future purchases because they have such a large selection of great items. They were quick to respond to my issue and very helpful with the return process.

  My item was packaged so well that it prevent any damage from my postal lady literally tossing the box onto my porch from a distance of about 10 yards. Shipping was very fast. Item was in the as described condition and I am very happy with it.
