  We just recently recieved a Beta Marine 38 Diesel by frieght that was packaged in a crate. There was one small hiccup in the contents and we called and spoke to Mark who responded quickly and immediately solved our concern. Thank you Mark and thank you B&M Marine.   Shop in a timely manner. Unit is as described. I would make other purchases from this seller. The seller was very nice and helpful over the phone and through text message.

  I purchased a few items from the seller at the same time. I accidentally received the wrong fishing rod. I repacked it and sent it back but the tip ended up broken. The seller sent me the correct rods and did NOT try to make me pay for the broken one even though it was worth a lot more than what I bought and I probably should have packed it better. This is an A+++++ seller and a stand up human being. Thank you

  The item is as described. One part turned out to be missing. The seller wasn't aware of that so all intentions were good. The seller invited me to reach out, which I did, to find a solution. The matter was resolved quickly by the seller. Service offered is plain and simple very good and I can appreciate the seller coming up with a solution that enables me as a customer, to move on with the product. Safe to buy here.
