  I bought a lens that I’ve been wanting for awhile and received exactly what was described. They communicated quickly, the price was competitive and I have nothing but good things to say. There was one thing that stood out. It was packaged extremely well and there was a hand written thank you message on the inside of the box. They also put a sticker and some origami along with a thank you letter with my name handwritten on it. Everything was very thoughtful and nice.

  Camera was as advertised or better - beautiful condition and seller was careful to include one listing photo showing the very minor cosmetic flaw. All features worked properly (even the ones that could not be distinguished from photos), and the seller was quick to respond to a question before the purchase. A great price, good packing job, and unbelievably quick shipping. Highly recommended seller.

  The camera came unbelievably fast and without any issues. It was securely packaged and the camera and the lenses were safe. The product was just as described and I can’t believe how fair the price was compared to other sellers. The seller replied quickly when I thought I had an issue with the camera, but it was my own fault of not loading the film in properly (apparently a rite of passage with film photography). When I was more careful with the loading, the film came out amazing.

  Couldn’t be happier with this purchase - the camera is in great condition as described, was packaged well and despite offering free international postage it was delivered quicker than most camera equipment I purchase locally!! I look forward to buying from Japan Camera again soon!
