    Received a very nice set of coat hooks. It arrived with some shipping damage(needed to be boxed). We worked with the seller, who seems to be very nice and understanding. We would have ask for a replacement, but didn't want to wait considering the Holidays. My wife and took the time and effort to repair the item. We told the seller what we were doing and the seller a fair partial refund. I talked to the seller about damage control prevention. Would I buy again from the seller, Yes..
