  Great experience! Seller was extremely helpful and very willing to do all they could to get my purchase to me know matter what! I would definitely recommend this seller!   Item was misrepresented. "Tutu Cute" was something the seller "just addedadded to photo". That's the name of a different MA doll/outfit. In fact when it arrived it's cleatly labeled "Rose Fairy". Seller said she would send return label and refund costs. After over a week, nothing has shown up and no response to repeated emails from me to her. Never again. Deceptive.

  While attempting to address this buyer's concern, an eBay representative advised me to "block the buyer" so that I would not receive any further communication from them, adding that eBay would "resolve the matter. I then received this feedback. "Never Again" will I trust advice from Ebay representatives. As for the claim of "deceptive" by this buyer, I unequivocally deny that claim. I have YEARS of sales on both this and other platforms with thousands of happy customers and positive reviews.

  The hat came early and was just as described. Packing was precise and very well packaged. The hat fits my 8 inch Madame Alexander doll perfectly. It is also the right color to complement her outfit. Thank you for the little extra treats you send too. Great Job!
