    Item was exactly as described and was packaged extremely well. Shipped the first business day after making the purchase and only took 2 days after that to be delivered so if you ask me you can't beat the price awesome deal since I only purchased for replacement part's to fix up a perfectly working one I already have

    The item came in averse condition due to carrier mishandling despite what I would describe as good packing, but the seller worked to immediately help the circumstances by offering a refund. Responds quickly and is overall pleasant to deal with.

    This PING bag was a pleasant surprise, the colors were vivid, the fabric was in great shape as were the zippers and stand, better than described. For a classic PING carry bag I thought the price was well within my budget. Bag arrived as promised and was well packaged. to prevent any damage. Excellent seller!!! Five star. Definitely use Pema Enterprises again.
