    I initially didn't receive the item I ordered, most likely due to Royal Mail disruptions during snowy period a few weeks ago. I contacted the seller and they were more than happy to send another, and that one I received. Great service overall and quick to reply.

    Product was as described arrived on time and was well packaged . Unfortunately as I misread the description it did not fit in my bin as my bin although similar was not a Brabantia bin

    item did not arrive, got a refund. seller was not very communicative, only pasted over the text from Royal Mail at the beginning. then they started explaining something about the tracking number - that it's not live tracking. ok... might as well be a fake tracking number for all i care. got my refund, ain't buying again.

    You was desperate for this part and demanded it straight away. You selected standard international postage not use and we tried to explain to you that it was not LIVE tracking only prove that we had sent it. You was VERY RUDE TO US after all the help we gave you. PLEASE BUY ELSE WHERE IN FUTURE OR PAY THE EXTRA FOR PROPER TRACKING METHOD.
