  I was disappointed with the item as received which is a generic foil replacement for Braun S5 shaver and not a genuine Braun part (different to the accompanying illustration which shows the genuine German manufactured Braun foil). The seller was sympathetic and has offered to replace the part free of charge, and has also promised to take the misleading picture down. However, I don't want a replacement part unless it's a genuine part as the generic foil is harsh to use and much less effective.
