    Packaging was excellent! Received quickly. Great Price! Printer was in great shape, clean, and as described. There was just a little issue with the drive belt missing some teeth. When I sent photos, seller gave credit for the price of a new belt. Excellent Seller; Good Transaction.

    Incredible seller. They were extremely kind about giving me a fair price, and the way they packed up my delicate item was stellar, to put it mildly: these guys could box up a soap bubble and send it across the country without it popping. And seeing as they've been on Ebay for over a decade and sold nearly 50,000 items, I think I know why. Suffice it to say I feel very grateful to have come across and purchased from such an amazing seller. Thanks again Potential Electronics.

    One of the microinverters was wrong - seller sent replacement and return authorization for incorrect one - great service and items supplied we new and packaged great and sent via Fed Ex.

    Everything about this purchase was great. The item arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, and worked right out of the box. It looks clean and well taken care of, and you can tell it’s a solid piece of hardware. Definitely a great value for the price. Shipping was fast and packaging was secure. Would buy from this seller again.

    Packed extremely well and arrived promptly. I didn't notice that there were 3 bad DIMM sockets on the board, but it was right there in the picture. The seller was 100% on point, here. I missed the detail. Thank you!
