  I had second thoughts about buying this figure and decided to reach out to the seller about cancelling my purchase. The seller was quite polite, understanding and professional and was quick to respond. Seller was understanding and did not hesitate to go through with my cancellation request. I recommend this seller for their professionalism, politeness and understanding.

  Seller's item description literally says "Soundwave with Buzzsaw cassette", but they are selling the item with the Buzzsaw cassette removed, and the Soundwave figure strategically posed in front of the package to hide the empty socket where the Buzzsaw cassette is normally housed. When I complained about this, they initially did not care to remedy the situation at all, and only provided a minimal refund when pressed. Since they did that, my experience qualifies as neutral, but not "positive".

  Everything came in in great condition with no damage. Even the box was received well. All items are accounted for and nothing missing. Quality it really good and shipping came much faster then anticipated. Overall would recommend seller.
