  The first batch I received, the mail carrier must’ve handled them. Rough, I ended up with a lot of broken pieces. I reached out to the vendor, exceptional customer service they fix the problem instantly. Damage and shipping was not their fault. But they promptly replaced the damaged product.   Great product. Fast shipping and low price. The bowl of mine was broken and I notified the seller and they immediately sent me another. I like that kind of business. The package was well packed and wrapped but tge way things are handled by carriers it's a wonder that's all that got broke. I highly recommend this seller and items.

  Amazing! I ordered it as it was my first bong and its so pretty and everything is good quality, no scratches, cracks, chips. Good packaging when i received it and overall the bong itself came great. Unfortunately the original bowl piece arrived broken. I had contacted the seller and notified that one of my items arrived broken and i sent pictures and they very quickly replied and assisted me and sent me a brand new replacement and it arrived perfectly.
