  Communicated back and forth over a few weeks. Seller was unable to send item due to it breaking during packing. Received a refund.

  I was in the hospital for 11 days and let buyer know that. When I got out, I discovered the items was broken and informed them of that. They received a refund in full 2 days prior to leaving this feedback.
