    Postage was nice and fast and was well packaged with a good amount of packaging. It all came though as describe however a couple of drive cages were missing however once questioned with the company they were sent out via 24 hour post and have been received all good. Over all a good experance and good value for money, would by from them agien.

    Does exactly what it says in the listing, I had a dell mini pc with a bios lock and I made an enquiry to see if it could be removed. I sent my pc in and it was done very quickly. The communication from the seller is 5 stars, the seller responded quick to my messages and kept me up to date. it was sent back to me with tracking and arrived quick. I really thought nothing could be done to remove the bios lock, I am so happy I discovered this listing and I highly recommend this seller. Many thanks

    Great packaging. Quick shipping and for its price it was great. Had a problem with a blown fuse for the display backlight, got it fixed and the seller refunded me for the problem. Very quick and prompt responses. 10/10 seller would recommend

    Superb service. SVP removed on my L14. Communication was excellent and they packaged the laptop well. I am delighted that they were able to do this quickly and they also did a minor repair. It’s worth enquiring even if they have not specified your laptop model. Overall they are a great company, providing an excellent service at a great price and I recommend

    Would recommend this seller. Although the incorrect item was shipped they quickly responded to my message and sent out a replacement on 24 hour delivery. Very good communication and easy to deal with. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

    Amazing seller I messaged to asked if it could be sent ASAP, got a message back in 2 minutes! The item was dispatched immediately and I got the item next day on Saturday! The item looked new and not used at all great eBay seller.
