    received Damaged seller refused to credit bc he has 14 day return and I received it the day i got back from vacation which was the 15th day. Description was inaccurate, refurbishing was not done. The arm was missing a screw inside He Lies. Service light was still on. See photo

    In fairly good condition, works amazing and good price for what it came with. Only issue is that the BIOS is locked which was not listed in the description. Otherwise, amazing and super fast shipping!

    It had no tracking and it took 4 days longer than stated. I had to contact the shipping company who also did not give any warning of when item was arriving.
