    I am very happy with this PC. It seems to be running as we had hoped, and parts seem to be genuine. Packaging (2 very sturdy cardboard boxes & a few foam blocks) was a little concerning, but the PC made it here without damage, like new. A shipping delay and an inventory problem was disappointing, but PC-BUY was prompt and clear with their communication and gave us a discount to adjust for comparable parts. I definitely recommend this seller for their good communication and great value.

    Great service: answered my question promptly, tested computer (and included a “tested by” sticker with the test/build date and name on it an awesome!), well packaged with sturdy recycled box (eco-conscious - nice!), item was exactly as described. Will definitely recommend to others. And I will purchase from this seller again.

    After purchasing this item, which came at described, I ran into a problem. Reached out too the seller she they shared since info for be to try. When that didn't work they sent me a return label with no issues and refunded my money you returning the items. Great customer service!

    This company has great products with great prices, and they are customer service oriented where I can assure you that your problem, if any, will be resolved in timely manner and if they it is not resolved the refund is guarantee. I have ordered a gaming PC, and when I received it, it was malfunctioning, and as an IT professional I know systems can malfunction. I contacted them, and they promptly responded and initiate refund and they gave me the option to send new one that I declined.

    Seller contacted me 5 days after confirming my order paid in full, to say they raised the price and required additional payment. I refused. They shipped the computer the next week. In the end, I got the computer at the originally listed price. It had not been cleaned. It was properly packed. All advertised parts are there, and everything works. I will not do business with pc-buy again.
