  I was kind of nervous buying used as this kindle has been discontinued for a while, but this is exactly as described and in like-new condition and was packaged very well to have shipped all the way to Texas. My only complaint would be with usps and their lack of updates/tracking.. but that is not to do with the seller at all.

  Great shipping time. It was packaged very well and looked as described exactly like its picture. I got a really good deal on the item as well and it was priced very fairly before I ever even applied the cupon plus it had free shipping. I wasn’t sure about it being a first generation versed a second but it’s not really a huge difference anyways and it does everything I need it to do plus it’s like brand new and way better than retail by far.

  As described and for a good price but the disc was out of the circle inside of the box. Maybe the shipment was kinda hard but still working. Anyways was good packaging after all.

  Fast shipping, easy communication, carefully packaged, came with 500 gb instead of 2tb which I don’t mind, and is worth the price.

  0 stars if I could. Did not match pictures as they show a clean, white ps5. The console and cord did arrive however was covered in dust, and I mean every port. A lot of grime, smoke debris/damage on fan etc. came in the box with paneling detached as well. Who knows if it even runs or how well. Have submitted a refund and seller has not responded yet so that’s tbd. Would not recommend this shop at all. Let alone trust them for “tech repair” if they can’t do simple maintenance…

We always test and clean any products we get in before reselling/listing for sale, let alone shipping. There clearly was a mistake and you had to experience it, sincere apologies there.
