    Hoping this time I've ordered the correct battery. Havent found anyone yet who can install it. Shipping takes about ten days. Customer service is good. I called to check on my order and was told it had shipped two days prior. It arrived here an hour and a half later, well packed and in excellent condition. Price was very reasonable. Good transaction.

    Item shipped and packaged great. Turns out that I did not need as switched carriers after an issue. Seller happily accepted return no questions asked which I appreciated. No wrong, error or issue with seller. Item was as described, great packaging, good condition and quality.

    Product was exactly what they said it was just don't ever use FedEx or UPS either it comes United States Postal Service or don't bother because you'll be waiting around all day for no reason other than that it was okay so I paid an extra $30 to get my shipping in two days and instead when they were supposed to deliver they just slapped a sticker on the gate that is not even locked and they didn't even try to deliver the package I had to call FedEx to get it so it got delivered you owe me 30

    Item as described (battery [arrived with 35% charge], 110V USB converter, and USB special jack all came in sealed wraps; phone had no protective films over displays as previous ones arrived with [? glitch @ factory ?]) , protectively packaged, shipped and delivered promptly. Have not yet transferred SIM card to test.
