  I bought & paid for this mixer then received an email the next day stating "We do not ship to customers with less than a 10 feedback score." I didn't understand this since I had already paid for it. Ater going back & forth wtth e-mails, they finally agreed to send this to me. I receivedthe package & it was packaged nicely & in good condition. If you want good feedback, then maybe don't give paying custom a hard time about buying something otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.

  There was a usps shipping issue which was quickly resolved by this seller. Once the issue was discovered, the seller promptly contacted me and the post office to get this moving again. Absolutely amazing customer service. The item was exactly as described and arrived in great condition. Highly recommend this seller.
