  The item was shipped inside its wooden box in a cardboard box with no packing material at all. It banging around inside busted the wooden box. Offered to keep with a partial refund for the broken box since it was a Christmas present and seller refused. They offered for me to send it back for a refund but I did not have time to replace it. Fault is 100% on the seller for not packing the item at all. Not a single piece of packing was used. Very poor shipping practice.
