I do not what so ever believe the seller had any knowledge of the Cross-wave was used. I think someone sold it to Pawnbroker used and told them it was new? Upon arrival the item looked like factory packaging. Only when it was opened did the item revealed there were missing samples of cleaner. Although the most obvious was the visual dirt on the machine and the plastic it was wrapped in.
