  The vacuum arrived in a timely fashion. Seller put a nice wrap around the original box so when it was delivered no one could see from the street what was in the package. I saved a few dollars over buying retail at a big box store. It's good to help out the small business.

  The description of the product was inaccurate (a couple accessories were missing). I had to message the seller 4 times and wait two weeks before getting a reply. They dismissed my valid claim and cut communication. Definitely not recommending them.

  Buyer demanding partial refund for additional accessories that were not included with this sale. It was clearly stated and showend on the pictures what was included. Buyer threaten us that he will give us negative feedback if you do not partially refund him so he can buy other accessories that were not included in the sale. That is extortion!!!
