  Arrived just as pictured. The box was damaged in the pictures so I knew it wasn't going to be perfect so the discount on the auction was worth not having a perfect box I felt. Shipped right away and arrived within a week. Win win.

  The necklace arrived as described. Seller was helpful, responsive provided extra photos, and the item was verified, and authenticated smooth process all around I would buy again.

  Once item received, found item was not as item described. Listed in good running condition, but it wasn't . The car chassis was cracked in half, steering servo failed, as it was damaged, bent front shock and tie rod on that same side. Car was clean, packaged well to ship. Just the item was not in the condition listed in ad. I reached out to seller, thought they was going to try and be decent, correct the situation somewhat but they stopped responding. So buyers beware, poor customer service.

  This is most unfortunate. I am sorry the frame was cracked. We missed it on our inspection. I'm sorry. I hope the refund helps ease the sting. Again, our fault and we will improve.

  There was a mix-up and I initially received the wrong item, but the seller responded promptly and professionally. Once I returned the incorrect item, the correct one was quickly shipped and delivered. Great communication and resolution!
