  This quality piece arrived in good time, and was packaged securely with care by Paul's Stamp Store. Item is exactly as described, and I'm picky. I always check to ensure there are no thins or creases or gum spotting etc: nothing like that at all. Full unblemished gum, centered nicely and fully qualified to meet my high expectations.
