  Item not as described. Missing an item that was pictured and stated complete. Seller said item was complete when packaged and shipped. Well, if that's the case it would have been complete upon opening the package. I'll leave it at that. Seller said file for refund. Also shipping box and the paper it was wrapped in as well as the items purchased had a strong mildew smell, which was was not in the description. Item did arrive quickly . I'll never deal with this seller again.

As a courtesy, we offered you a return and refund, which you declined. If the item truly wasn’t as described, declining a refund doesn’t make sense. We stand by the quality of what we shipped and our 20+ years of experience. We won’t be doing business with this buyer again.

  Items were a great deal, arrived quickly, and were exactly as described. The Barbie and Ken doll from the early 90s really brought me back to my childhood. Thank you for packaging everything well so that the dolls arrived in great condition. 100% would recommend this seller.

  Item was in good condition, ring fell off Barbies hand during shipping (no fault of the seller it was attached in pictures barbie was brand new in box) the only complaint I have is the insane amount of tape used in the packaging. Took about 10 mins to get out but even that's ok because its an annoyance but shows the seller cares the item arrives nicely . Would definitely purchase from the seller again.

  Item is exactly as pictured & was shipped the next day, arriving very quickly! Happy with my purchase & the seller. I bought a nutcracker with a thin, delicate sword and fur hair, I always get a little nervous about shipping damage but it was packed very well in bubble wrap & came out of the box perfectly, plus the shipping box was nicely wrapped in pretty fall paper for further protection. Thank you for the attention to detail!
