  The seller was fantastic. They communicated with me from the purchase of the item to when they put it in the mail, when it should be delivered, and followed up when it got delivered and asked if it’s been installed and if I have any issues to let them know!   Great quality, great condition, great value and great appearance. But more than that. In my more than 10 years of using eBay, this is the best seller I have dealt with. I am in Australia. The seller is in the USA. Before sending the item, they checked with me that I had ordered the right starter motor for my vehicle. Then, they constantly updated me on its delivery across America, across The Pacific and then to my location in a remote part of Australia. In quick time, it arrived safely packed.

  Item was not the correct part for my car (though the configurator said it was), but it was a pleasure working with this seller...as soon as I explained the situation and sent them a pic showing the part that came out of the car next to their part, they offered to exchange for the correct part but my mechanic had already sourced the correct part locally, so they approved the return and provided a full refund as soon as they received the part and verified that it was as received...thank you!
