    USPS had the item listed as "shipping label created, awaiting item" for the entirety of its delivery, which lead me to believe the shipper hadn't shipped the item. This was not the case. The item arrived, as described, well packaged, and was exactly what I had ordered. Apologies to the seller, as USPS, led me to get unnecessarily frustrated. Recommend the seller .

    Initially, I had a small concern about my order, But I contacted their customer service team via eBay message, and Joseph responded almost immediately, seemingly within minutes. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and I cannot recommend them more. The minor concern with my order was more than resolved and I am so thankful for this business. I will absolutely be buying from here in the future and recommend them to anyone.

    USPS mixed up my delivery and sent my part to a totally different state . And this seller refunded all my money back to me without any questions or hassle!!! Excellent customer service!!!!!

    Seller shipped the wrong part, part is now sold out. So I wasted a week waiting for the part to arrive, came home and found out it was the wrong part, reached out to seller on Thursday, didn't hear back to Monday, then had to take wrong part to USPS to start processing a refund. I had to wait and spend extra money purchasing the correct part from another seller.
