I sent two emails stating that I had checked outside bins etc and it was nowhere to be found; and the response was not nonchalant. I was going to escalate it to Paypal, and then found out that it had been delivered to the billing address. Would not use this seller again, as it shows, if there was a problem they would not be interested.

My only quibble is that this is not the item pictured - the listing has a picture of the original Siemens/Neff/Bosch dispenser unit but this is an aftermarket version. It works but the electrical connection for rinse aid dispenser is not present. Had I realised I was not buying the item pictured, I could have bought this alternative from other sellers on eBay for less. Pictures attached.
