  They communicated very well in messages, but there was a small problem on my part. I ordered stabilizer bar bushings and instead of receiving two pieces in a set, I didn't realize it and I received one piece. Somehow, they are all sold in sets, but that's how I got the order code. They are very good at communicating and it's worth ordering from them. They have original products and I don't think there are any problems with shipping. It came very quickly.   Shipping was fast, packaging was good and undamaged for shipping. The part was as described, however the connection on the electrical was different than what I needed. While frustrating, these kinds of things happen when working with older vehicles. Additionally, this was a hard part to track down and was reasonably priced considering. I would recommend this seller, and I plan on using them in the future.

  Truly a wonderful seller the part was as advertised brand new quality and great value as it costed the same as if I were buying from here in Oz the only difference is no one in Oz had any in stock the lookmof the item was definitely brand new so pleased with it and was sent quite quickly considering it came Saudi Arabia so if I ever need any other parts that I can't find in Oz I will definitely contact this seller to see if he has it in stock much gratitude and appreciation thanks

  The part I was after was for a 31 year old vehicle and PartsLane had exactly the part (an original Toyota spare) which was shipped from the Middle East. Hence, great stock, good inventory, good communication and quick delivery from far away! Great service. The part went straight in and works perfectly.
