  The item car type C/USB charger was shipped promtley by seller, well wrapped and brand new. I tried installing in my 2012 4runner but, did not seem to be right size for it. Emailed seller explaining situation with sent pics as well. Seller understood and promptly refunded item bought. Great seller, quick to respond to customer, will buy again from seller. Example for other sellers to follow. Thank you!

  Quality is very high grade. Came packaged very nicely and I must say quickly! The seller immediately contacted me to let me know they’d received my order and I was very impressed with their communication. Item is as described and a lot nicer than I’d imagined, this is a very nice tool especially for the money. I’d bought some others off amazon but felt it was time to upgrade. Item is as described and in great condition. Just buy one!

  Good product but wrong one sent. Seller gave a refund for the mixup. Seller responded quickly to messages. Logistics can be challenging at times, so I get it. Going to try my luck at Amazon or another online seller to get what I need. Wished I would have gotten what I needed from this seller but oh well. At least I'm getting a full refund. Just wasted time is all. The seller was very nice and understanding.

  I haven’t get to chance the new part Into my car yet, but the seller was amazing keept me posted and let me know that if anything is wrong with the part to contact him and he will try to resolve my issues, I would gladly purchase anything else I need from this seller, amazing service and fast shipping my package came in 3 days after I purchased it amazing service 5 stars from me.

  I'm sharing a screenshot of the reply that I received from PARTSCOLLECT (not even the customer service rep agrees with the boss). They are basically holding my refund hostage unless I change my truthful negative feedback. If they think this post is about $14.99, they are mistaken. It's about my experience with some shady business practices with this company in order to help others. "Buyer, beware," I suggest you click on the next available company.
