  arrived as described. the big cardboard box part was mailed in was open a little but no big deal. i was able to replace my malfunctioning microwave part with this part, saving me money. thanks!

  The Item was exactly what was shown and described on the app. it was shipped quickly and packaged well. because it as a discontinued part, it was less expensive than the other options that I was able to find. I am very satisfied with this transaction.

  Part came just as described. Shipping speed was good. Came in original packaging. Only complaint about the shipping was that it sat "in limbo" for almost a week, but based on other feedback for this seller, I know that wasn't their fault. My only complaint is with communication. I tried to reach out multiple times with a couple of questions even prior to placing my order and received no response at all. Other than that, I received the part I ordered and everything else went as expected.
