Tracking says 'shipped' on 5/23, the same day it arrived on my doorstep, nearly 1000 mile away. I am not complaining, just noting the inconsistency of our current USPS service. The parts that arrived are just fine.

Poor response time and communication. Please wait Please wait was all I got. My customer had a smashed transmission pan and was forced to pay for a rental for over a week due to their lack of response and poor performance.
