Supervisore, Servizio Clienti Ufficio Postale ~~ Mi dispiace molto informarvi che i nostri impianti di elaborazione della posta hanno subito ritardi a livello nazionale e il vostro pacco si mostra ancora in transito verso il nostro impianto di lavorazione. Attualmente elaboriamo posta e pacchi da fine novembre e inizio e metà dicembre. Mentre alcuni pezzi sono passati, è una quantità molto piccola a causa di problemi di personale causati dalla pandemia. Ci scusiamo sinceramente e speriamo che i pacchi inizino a muoversi e ad essere smistati presto. Ci è stato chiesto di informare i nostri clienti che i pacchi potrebbero subire un ritardo aggiuntivo di 2-4 settimane da oggi.

    Terrible Experience This seller sent me the incorrect item and when I initiated a return he insulted me and sent daily emails harassing me to see if I sent the item back at my own expense yet because he threatened, it would take longer for a refund if he had to pay for the return postage. I wish I could use the language he deserves because to call him "rude" as so many others have in their reviews does not describe him accurately. Read his Neutral and Negative reviews. You will see a pattern.
